Since 2021, our organization has been developing a presence in Albania and within the Albanian diaspora based on territorial relationships, women’s empowerment, community dialogue, and social project development.
Through its local representative, Lina Caushi, the organization has promoted and supported public initiatives, networking opportunities, cultural activities, and forums for dialogue, with particular focus on the role of Albanian women in the diaspora, the enhancement of female professional skills, and the strengthening of community networks.
Among the most significant initiatives is the recent event “Women in Business”, held in Florence on March 7, 2026, coordinated by Lina Caushi together with Arta Nikaj. The event brought together women professionals from various sectors, creating a space for motivation, sharing, and mutual growth, where leadership, art, identity, and dialogue converged in a socially meaningful context.
The activities carried out by Lina Caushi are not isolated experiences, but are part of the broader vision and strategic planning of our humanitarian organization, which views cooperation as a process capable of connecting territory, diaspora, culture, and participation.
Our presence in Albania continues to evolve as a concrete bridge between local communities and the international dimension, with the aim of strengthening relationships, creating opportunities, and promoting pathways grounded in dignity, inclusion, and shared responsibility.
